Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Formulate and execute comprehensive annual marketing roadmaps that directly scale company-wide revenue goals.
- Team Governance: Hire, mentor, and lead a high-performing department of content creators, digital marketers, and graphic designers.
- Budget Management: Allocate and optimize the annual marketing budget across paid ads, events, software tool stacks, and agencies.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct deep competitive landscape analysis, customer persona research, and pricing strategy evaluations.
- Brand Positioning: Standardize our unique selling proposition (USP), corporate messaging guidelines, and public relations strategy.
- Performance Analytics: Establish and track core marketing KPIs including Customer.
- Cross-Department Alignment: Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Executive leadership teams to synchronize go-to-market strategies.

- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a highly relevant commercial field.
- Experience: 7–10+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3+ years in a senior leadership or managerial capacity.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success scaling a brand's market presence, driving pipeline growth, and executing profitable campaigns.
