About the Role:
- We are hiring Tele-counsellors to guide students interested in MBBS abroad. This is a non-target, support-focused role with no sales pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound/outbound calls.
- Provide information on MBBS abroad programs, eligibility & admission steps.
- Resolve student/parent queries with clarity.
- Maintain call records and update CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams for follow-ups.

Requirements:
- 12th pass/Graduate preferred.
- Positive communication in English & Hindi.
- Basic computer skills.
- Experience in tele-calling/counseling preferred.
