Role Overview

The Atlassian Administrator is a hands-on platform administration role responsible for the day-to-day configuration, maintenance, and user support of HealthEdge's Atlassian environment, including Jira Software, Jira Service Management (JSM), and Confluence. Working within the Atlassian Products team and reporting to the Manager, Atlassian Products, you will be a key execution resource for platform requests, project configuration, user management,



and basic automation – ensuring that thousands of users across the organization can work effectively in Atlassian tools every day.

This is a excellent role for someone with solid Atlassian fundamentals who wants to deepen their platform expertise in a complex, high-scale environment. You'll work closely with Senior Atlassian Administrators, Architects, and the team manager, taking on well-defined configuration tasks and growing toward more advanced solution design and automation work over time. As HealthEdge moves fully to Atlassian Cloud Enterprise, this role will grow to include working with AI-native features like Atlassian Intelligence and Rovo — making content governance and platform hygiene directly connected to AI quality.
