Seeking a Specialist with 5 to 7 years of experience in Production Planning and expertise in manufacturing advanced production planning and scheduling
Job Description
Develop and optimize production planning processes to ensure effective manufacturing operations Utilize Production Planning methodologies to align production schedules with business goals Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate production plans with supply chain and inventory management Leverage SAP Process Modelling Suite tools such as Signavio ARIS and Visio to model and improve production workflows Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements Support the implementation of advanced production planning and scheduling systems within the manufacturing environment Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards in production planning activities
Roles and Responsibilities
Lead the design and execution of production planning strategies to meet demand and minimize costs Manage and maintain production schedules adjusting plans as necessary to respond to changes in demand or supply Collaborate with IT and manufacturing teams to implement SAPbased production planning solutions Conduct training and provide guidance to team members on production planning best practices and tools Monitor key performance indicators related to production planning and report on performance Drive continuous improvement initiatives in production scheduling and planning processes Serve as a subject matter expert in the Mfgadvance Production Planning And Scheduling skill cluster family
Job Expectation Immediately after project onboarding resource needs to travel to Hazira Surat from hisher respective base location for a 4 week duration for Knowledge transition Hypercare Requirement gathering for new requirements Post this period resource can return back to their respective and continue working from there Thereafter resource might need to travel to H
