About the Role
We're looking for a confident, articulate, and client-focused AI Solutions Business Analyst
to join our growing team.
In this role, you'll work directly with
US and international clients
, understand their business challenges, conduct product demonstrations, gather requirements, and ensure successful delivery of AI-powered AI solutions.
You'll act as the bridge between clients and our engineering team—translating business needs into transparent execution while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What You'll Do

Lead requirement gathering sessions with clients
• Conduct engaging product demos and solution walkthroughs
• Translate business requirements into clear user stories and development tasks
• Coordinate closely with engineering, product, and design teams
• Track project progress, timelines, follow-ups, and deliverables
• Lead daily client status meetings and provide project updates
• Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams
• Use AI tools to improve productivity and streamline day-to-day work
• Identify opportunities to improve our AI products based on customer feedback and real-world usage
• Assist with solution documentation, testing, and deployment activities when required
