Role Description
This is a full time, on-site Tendering Specialist role based in Pimpri Chinchwad. The Tendering Specialist will manage the end-to-end tender process, including identifying bid opportunities, analyzing tender documents, and coordinating with internal stakeholders to gather technical and commercial inputs. Responsibilities include preparing competitive proposals, ensuring compliance with client and regulatory requirements, and submitting tenders within deadlines. The role involves maintaining tender documentation, tracking bid status, and supporting negotiation and clarification meetings as needed. The Tendering Specialist will also contribute to process improvements, market analysis, and reporting to support strategic decision-making.
