Required
• Experience managing and triaging work through a ticketing system (e.g., Salesforce,
Monday.com, Jira, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps).
• Exceptional critical thinking skills — the ability to ask incisive questions, identify unstated
assumptions, and distinguish stated asks from underlying needs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to keep business partners informed
with clarity and set expectations with transparency.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a high volume of concurrent requests,
prioritize under shifting demands, and stay composed when urgent fire drills arise.
• A proactive, service-oriented mindset and the willingness to learn our internal business
context, systems, and stakeholders quickly.
Preferred
• Experience in a Business Intelligence, data analytics, or enterprise/client reporting
workplace.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery and daily standup routines.
• Exposure to data visualization or reporting tools (e.g., Qlik, Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
• Prior experience in a contract or staff-augmentation capacity supporting an established
