Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and performance-driven Senior Performance Marketer to manage and scale paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, Amazon Ads and Flipkart Ads.

The candidate will be responsible for developing full-funnel strategies, generating qualified leads and sales, managing client accounts, improving campaign profitability and implementing accurate conversion tracking. The role also requires solid knowledge of landing pages, WordPress, Shopify, marketing automation and conversion-rate optimisation.

The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing campaigns, communicating with clients, coordinating with creative and development teams, and mentoring junior team members.

Key ResponsibilitiesPaid Advertising
- Plan, launch, manage and optimise campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Manage Meta lead-generation, sales, retargeting, catalogue and Advantage+ campaigns.
- Manage Google Search,



Performance Max, Display, Shopping, YouTube and remarketing campaigns.
- Build campaign structures based on the client’s objectives, audience, budget and sales funnel.
- Monitor and optimise campaign budgets, bids, targeting, placements, creatives and conversion events.
- Improve CPL, CPA, CAC, ROAS, conversion rate and overall campaign profitability.
- Develop retargeting and remarketing strategies across different stages of the customer journey.
- Scale profitable campaigns while maintaining lead quality and acquisition costs.

Amazon and Flipkart Advertising
- Manage Amazon Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display campaigns.
- Manage Flipkart Product Listing Ads, Smart Campaigns and marketplace promotional campaigns.
- Conduct marketplace keyword research, competitor analysis and search-term optimisation.
- Improve product visibility, advertising sales, ACoS, TACoS and ROAS.
