Responsibilities:
- Should have atleast 8 yrs of experience as a Data Test Consultant,=.
- Own end-to-end
data quality
, defining, implementing, and maintaining validation rules across data ingestion, transformation, and reporting pipelines.
- Design and maintain
automated regression, contract, and SQL tests
to ensure business-critical reports remain accurate and reliable.
- Build robust
test datasets
covering edge cases such as null values, multi-entity data, and CDC sequences to strengthen test coverage.
- Enhance
CI/CD quality gates




by implementing automated data assertions, deployment checks, and report baseline validations to prevent faulty releases.
- Lead
defect management
by reproducing reported data issues, creating regression test libraries, and converting business feedback into automated quality checks.
- Collaborate with
data engineers, developers, and business stakeholders
, reviewing pull requests and ensuring all transformation logic meets quality standards before deployment.
- Ideal candidates have robust experience in
SQL, data testing, ETL/data pipelines, automated testing, CI/CD, and data quality frameworks
, with a passion for delivering trusted, high-quality data.
