Are you passionate about driving growth and building client relationships in the tech space? We’re looking for a energetic BDE with 2–3 years of experience in lead generation, client engagement, and sales conversion — especially in website and mobile app development services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting - Identify potential clients through platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, email campaigns, and industry directories.
- Research target markets and decision-makers in businesses that may require web/app development. - Qualify leads based on budget, timeline, and project scope.
- Client Communication & Engagement - Reach out via cold calling, emails, or messages to introduce services. - Understand client requirements and pain points clearly. - Present company portfolio, solutions, and proposals effectively.
- Proposal & Quotation Management - Prepare customized proposals, cost estimates, and timelines based on the client’s needs. - Work with the technical team (developers/designers) to scope out project feasibility and delivery timelines.
- Sales Conversion - Negotiate terms and close deals by addressing objections, clarifying services, and adding value. - Follow up consistently with warm leads and push toward conversion. - Send agreements or contracts and ensure proper onboarding of the client.
