The professional will work in Deloitte India Consulting and support the delivery of digital transformation and public financial management engagements. The primary role will involve supporting business and functional analysis, documenting business requirements, conducting process assessments, assisting in solution design, preparing project documentation, and coordinating with client stakeholders and internal teams. The qualified will also contribute to research, analysis, knowledge management, proposal development, and other engagement support activities as required.

Business Analyst with experience in government consulting projects (IFMIS Next Gen), specializing in budget planning and public financial systems. Skilled in requirement lifecycle management, stakeholder engagement, and process optimization. Proven ability to translate complex financial workflows into scalable solutions, ensuring compliance, data accuracy,



and successful system adoption

Qualifications, Experience, Work Location, and Timing
- Academic Qualification: Bachelor's degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics Engineering or a related discipline.
- Work Experience: 0–2 years of relevant experience.
- Industry Experience:
- Exposure to one or more Integrated Financial Management Information System (IFMIS) or Public Financial Management (PFM) projects is preferred
- Basic understanding of Government Budgeting, Budget Execution, Treasury, or Public Finance processes
- Experience in business process documentation, requirement gathering, BRDs, FSDs, or functional documentation will be an advantage
- Location: Preferred Kolkata, Delhi, or Mumbai. Willingness to travel for extended durations to client locations as required for project delivery.
