About the Role :
Swipe N Grow is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Business Development Executive to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling leads and customer enquiries, communicating with potential customers, explaining the company's products and services, managing follow-ups, and supporting business development activities. This role will involve communication through WhatsApp, email, phone calls, and in-person interactions with customers.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle and respond to leads and customer enquiries through WhatsApp, email, phone calls, and other communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements and provide clear and accurate information about the company's products and services.
- Follow up with potential customers and maintain regular communication throughout the customer journey.
- Explain the company's products and services to customers visiting the office.
- Handle customer queries professionally and coordinate with the relevant internal teams when required.
- Manage and update relevant information through the company's website admin dashboard.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and follow-up status.
- Identify customer requirements and guide potential customers through the appropriate next steps.
- Build and maintain positive skilled relationships with prospective and existing customers.
