This position is responsible to gather and analyze data to solve and address highly complex business problems and evaluate scenarios to make predictions on future outcomes and support decision making.

Also responsible to design and develop robust Data Marts (primary focus), setup generic pipelines for ingesting 3rd party data, perform data modelling and transformation, and apply ML/AI technologies (including GenAI) across the portfolio to drive greater business value and competitive differentiation to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain business-centric Data Marts (high priority) for analytics and reporting use cases
- Define and implement dimensional models (Star/Snowflake schemas) to support Data Mart structures
- Build optimized, scalable and high-performance Data Mart layers for BI consumption
- Work with stakeholders to translate business requirements into Data Mart KPIs, metrics, and data structures
- Gather and process raw data at scale (including writing scripts, web scraping, calling APIs, writing SQL queries, etc.)
- Design,



implement and maintain high performance pipelines scaling to structured and unstructured business requirements
- Setup and manage ETL/ELT pipelines feeding Data Warehouse and Data Marts
- Work on Data Lake Data Warehouse Data Mart architecture
- Create web services / API-based interfaces to modularize capabilities across lending products
- Develop real-time / streaming pipelines using Kafka / event-based systems
- Develop prototypes and proof of concepts for selected solutions; work with various clouds like AWS, Oracle, Azure, GCP
- Perform data modelling, transformation and optimization using Spark, DBT, SQL
- Drive data investigations across organizations and deliver resolution of technical, procedural, and/or operational issues
- Conduct timely and effective research in response to specific requests (data collection, summarization, analysis, synthesis)
