Role & responsibilities

1. Conduct regular field audits of ambulances, crews, and operations across assigned areas.

2. Evaluate adherence to clinical protocols and operational guidelines.

3. Perform surprise inspections to assess real-time service quality.

4. Monitor ambulance readiness, hygiene standards, and equipment availability.

5. Review patient care records, case sheets, and treatment documentation.

6. Conduct call audits and evaluate quality of patient care delivery.

7. Ensure compliance with 108 operational SOPs, statutory, and regulatory requirements.

8. Verify infection control practices, vehicle documentation, and license validity.
