Sales Executive – TMT Bar Cutting & Bending Machines and Rope Suspended Platforms

Job Summary

The Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling TMT Bar Cutting & Bending Machines and Rope Suspended Platforms to construction companies, infrastructure contractors, builders, equipment rental companies, and industrial clients. The role focuses on generating current business, maintaining customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and providing technical sales support.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development
- Identify and develop new customers in the construction and infrastructure sectors.
- Generate leads through site visits, referrals, exhibitions, digital platforms, and cold calling.
- Meet monthly and annual sales targets.
- Prepare sales plans and territory development strategies.
- Conduct product presentations and live demonstrations.

Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable equipment.




- Provide pre-sales and post-sales support.
- Resolve customer queries and coordinate with the service team for prompt support.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Quotations & Order Processing
- Prepare and submit quotations, technical proposals, and commercial offers.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules within company guidelines.
- Follow up on quotations until order closure.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and accounts for timely execution.

Market Intelligence
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and new product launches.
- Identify emerging market opportunities and customer needs.
- Provide regular market feedback to management.

Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of customer visits, enquiries, quotations, and sales.
- Update CRM or sales reports regularly.
- Submit weekly and monthly sales activity reports.
