Key ResponsibilitiesCash & Billing
- Handle customer billing
- Accept cash, UPI, card, and other digital payments.
- Maintain accurate daily cash records and prepare end-of-day cash reports.
- Ensure there are no cash shortages or billing errors.

Shop Operations
- Open and close the shop on time.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the billing counter and customer area.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely order delivery.

Staff Management
- Supervise counter staff and helpers.
- Assign daily work and monitor staff .
- Maintain discipline and ensure staff follow hygiene and customer service standards.

Inventory Management
- Monitor stock of raw materials, packaging, and other supplies.
- Maintain inventory records.
- Inform the owner about stock requirements and shortages.
- Minimize wastage and prevent stock loss.

Customer Service
- Greet customers politely.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally.
- Ensure customers receive quick and friendly service.

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
