The AI Enablement Lead plays a critical role in driving enterprise-wide AI adoption. This individual leads AI-focused communities, delivers overviews, updates, and training across Business and Functional areas, and serves as a central resource for AI-related inquiries. The role includes providing expertise on workforce productivity platforms—such as Copilot—and fostering a team-oriented, innovative AI culture.
The AI Enablement Lead engages colleagues through presentations and workshops tailored to audiences ranging from small teams to enterprise-wide forums. They support teams with practical guidance on AI tools to enhance productivity and creativity. Above all, the AI Enablement Lead is committed to demystifying artificial intelligence and accelerating its responsible use across the organization.
The Role
- Accelerate AI adoption: identify opportunities to streamline and enhance business processes through AI, advocate for best practices, and support the implementation of AI-driven initiatives.
- Workforce AI solution expertise: serve as a subject matter expert for workforce AI solutions (such as Copilot), guiding colleagues in selecting and using the right tools for their needs.
- Lead AI communities: build and nurture communities of practice and champions networks around artificial intelligence, encouraging knowledge sharing, experimentation, and cross-functional collaboration.
