Role & responsibilities
- Acquire recent Home Loan customers through direct sales, referrals, builders, DSAs, and branch channels.
- Achieve monthly loan sourcing, login, sanction, and disbursement targets.
- Guide customers through the home loan application and documentation process.
- Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Legal, and Technical teams for smooth loan processing.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Cross-sell products such as Insurance, CASA accounts, and other banking products.
- Ensure compliance with KYC and bank policies.
