Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead the HR function, oversee daily operations, and drive employee engagement across the organization. This role is critical in shaping HR policies, managing recruitment, supporting performance management,



and ensuring compliance with labour laws while fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
- Develop and implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labour laws and company regulations.
- Oversee employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
- Manage employee attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and HR documentation.
- Drive performance management processes, including KPI setting, appraisals, and employee development.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Design and implement employee engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives.
- Identify training and development needs and coordinate learning programs.
- Maintain employee records and generate HR reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, gratuity, and other labour regulations.
