We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive with 2–5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, specifically in PCD Pharma Franchise and/or Third Party Manufacturing. The ideal candidate should have solid communication and negotiation skills and a proven ability to generate business and maintain long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business for PCD Pharma Franchise and Third Party Manufacturing.
- Identify and develop new distributors, franchise partners, and institutional clients.
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed orders.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with clients until order closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Coordinate with production and dispatch teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and prepare regular sales reports.
- Stay updated with pharmaceutical products, market trends, and competitor activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (B.Pharm/M.Pharm/B.Sc preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in Pharmaceutical PCD or Third Party Manufacturing sales is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of pharmaceutical products and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and CRM software is an advantage.
