Role & Responsibilities

As a Preschool Teacher, you will:
- Create a safe, engaging, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities aligned with Kangaroo Kids’ curriculum.
- Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development through play-based learning.
- Observe and assess children’s progress, maintaining records and sharing feedback with parents.
- Collaborate with colleagues to organize events, celebrations, and interactive learning sessions.
- Ensure the well-being and safety of every child under your care.

Qualifications & Skills




- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education / Montessori / Child Development (preferred).
- Prior experience in preschool or early childhood teaching.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for working with young children and shaping their early learning journey.
- Creativity, patience, and enthusiasm for interactive teaching methods.
