About the Opportunity

Shaping Careers is a recruitment and talent solutions company that is expanding its international outsourcing and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services through strategic delivery partnerships.

We are looking for an experienced skilled who already has an established network within the international outsourcing ecosystem and can help us acquire BPO campaigns and outsourcing opportunities from clients in the USA, UK, Australia, Europe, Canada, and other international markets.

This is not a conventional sales role.

We are looking for professionals who can open doors,



not just generate leads.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire international BPO campaigns and outsourcing opportunities.
- Develop relationships with campaign brokers, outsourcing consultants, enterprise decision-makers and strategic partners.
- Introduce qualified business opportunities and facilitate commercial discussions.
- Coordinate with our delivery team during client engagement and onboarding.
- Build long-term client relationships that generate recurring business.
