Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end customer relationships across calls, chats, and follow-ups
- Build trust with users by understanding their needs and guiding them on relevant services (pujas, chadhava, products, etc.)




- Drive repeat engagement and revenue through proactive follow-ups and personalised recommendations
- Ensure a high-quality customer experience across every interaction
- Handle customer concerns with empathy while ensuring timely resolution
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless service fulfilment
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, preferences, and lifecycle stage
- Identify high-intent users and convert them into long-term customers
- Spot patterns in user behaviour and proactively suggest improvements to enhance experience and conversions

What is needed for this role
- Fluency in English and Hindi (both spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Knowledge of one or more South Indian languages (Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, or Malayalam) will be an added advantage.
