Preferred candidate profile
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in Real Estate.
- At least 3+ years of experience in Industrial & Logistics Leasing.
- Strong experience in leasing, business development, and client management.
- Good understanding of warehouse, industrial, and logistics markets.
- Proficient in Malayalam and good communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and team mentoring capabilities.

Role & Responsibilities
- Meet clients regularly and build strong relationships.
- Engage with developers, investors, and prospective clients to generate current business.
- Identify opportunities from competitor accounts and dormant clients.
- Manage industrial and logistics leasing transactions from sourcing to closure.
- Ensure timely sharing of property options and market updates with clients.
- Secure service agreements and fee confirmations before commencing assignments.
- Maintain accurate CRM updates, meeting notes, and transaction records.
- Guide and support junior brokers and surveyors.
- Build relationships with developers, landlords, and market intermediaries.
- Travel within assigned markets to strengthen local network and market intelligence.
