- Manage customer queries on Instagram and other online channels.
- Handle all courier-related inquiries, track orders, and provide timely updates to customers.
- Keep detailed records of all couriers and order status.
- Ensure smooth, qualified communication with customers—exceptional communication skills are a must.
- During low traffic times, conduct research on new stores and market opportunities.
- Assist in expanding the online presence by identifying growth avenues.
