Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Operations Head to lead and manage overall restaurant operations, drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and ensure exceptional guest experiences across multiple outlets. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in hospitality operations, P&L; management, team leadership, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end operations across multiple restaurants/outlets and ensure smooth daily functioning.
- Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with business goals and revenue targets.
- Drive sales growth, profitability, and operational excellence through effective planning and execution.
- Manage P&L;, budgets, food cost, manpower cost, and operational expenses.
- Develop and implement SOPs, policies, and processes to improve efficiency and service standards.
- Monitor outlet performance through regular reviews, audits, and KPI tracking.
- Ensure consistent guest experience, service quality, and brand standards across all locations.
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR,



and Kitchen teams to achieve business objectives.
- Lead new outlet openings including project planning, manpower deployment, vendor coordination, and operational setup.
- Manage vendor relationships, procurement processes, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, statutory requirements, and company standards.
- Build, mentor, and develop restaurant leadership teams including Restaurant Managers and Cluster Managers.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and implement improvement plans.
- Analyze operational data, MIS reports, and customer feedback to identify improvement areas.
- Handle crisis management and resolve operational challenges effectively.
