Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Manager Direct Tax Advisory & Litigation to lead client engagements across Direct Tax Advisory, Litigation, Corporate Tax, and International Tax. The ideal candidate should have an equal blend of 50% Direct Tax Litigation and 50% Advisory & Compliance experience, along with strong client management and team leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage Direct Tax advisory, litigation, and compliance engagements for domestic and international clients.
- Represent and assist clients before CIT(A), Tribunals, High Court, Supreme Court, and other tax authorities.
- Provide advisory on corporate tax, international tax,



transaction structuring, foreign investments, FEMA, and employee taxation.
- Handle tax assessments, appeals, submissions, and tax risk management.
- Lead multiple client engagements while ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, tax authorities, and internal stakeholders.
- Support business development, proposal preparation, and client acquisition initiatives.
- Mentor, train, and manage junior team members while reviewing their work.
- Collaborate with domestic and international tax teams on cross-border assignments.
- Ensure compliance with firm policies, SOPs, and statutory regulations.

Required Skills
- Strong expertise in Direct Tax Litigation, Advisory, and Compliance.
- Sound knowledge of Corporate Tax, International Tax, Income Tax Act, FEMA, and allied regulations.
