Position: Social Media Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube.
- Manage influencer collaborations and community engagement by responding to comments and messages.
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content including posts, reels, stories, and campaigns.
- Manage social media calendars and ensure consistent brand communication.
- Monitor social media performance, analyze insights, and optimize campaigns for better engagement and reach.
- Collaborate with the design, content, and marketing teams to create high-quality creatives and campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and competitor activities.




- Run paid social media campaigns and track ROI.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Masters degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 1 – 6 years of experience in social media marketing or Digital Marketing.
- Knowledge of social media analytics, content strategy, and paid advertising.
- Excellent communication, creativity, and organizational skills.
- Experience with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Canva, Google Analytics, and social media scheduling platforms is preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
