Job Summary: We are seeking an energetic, organized, and hospitality-driven Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily front-of-house operations of our casual dine-in restaurant. The ideal candidate will cultivate a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere for our guests while driving team performance, operational efficiency, and financial profitability. You will lead by example on the floor, ensuring high-quality food presentation, rapid table turns, and exceptional customer service during high-volume shifts.Core Responsibilities
- Daily Operations: Coordinate smooth floor operations, including opening/closing checklists, dining room setup, host stand management, and table rotation.
- Team Leadership & Culture: Recruit, onboard, train, and supervise servers, bartenders, hosts, and kitchen staff to maintain a positive and collaborative team culture.
- Guest Experience: Greet diners, build local rapport, and resolve customer complaints efficiently with a professional, solution-oriented attitude.

Create weekly staff schedules that align with peak traffic periods while managing labor costs, tracking daily sales, and monitoring food waste.
- Inventory & Vendor Control: Oversee inventory levels, conduct stock audits, and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely ordering of food, beverages, and restaurant supplies.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Enforce strict hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards to comply with local health regulations.

Skills and Qualifications
