Minimum Qualification:
Any Degree /master’s degree (B.com, BA, BSC/MBA/MSC, B.E/B.Tech). MBA in HR is preferred.
Experience Range:
2-5 years of USA Immigration experience
Primary skills:
1. Processing of visa application for USA region with 100% compliance
2. System adherence within the predefined SLA and high- quality output with Zero defects
3. Solid written and verbal communication skills for interacting with customers
4. Reviewing visa applications, petitions, and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.
5. Immigration domain knowledge
6. Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines
7. Scheduling call with customers, answering queries, and guiding applicants on required documentation.
8. Analytical ability
