About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts and Finance Manager to independently manage the organization's finance and accounting functions. The role includes end-to-end accounting, payroll, statutory compliance, financial reporting, banking operations, and coordination with external Chartered Accountants, auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities. The incumbent will also manage the Managing Director's financial records while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounting operations and maintain accurate books of accounts.
- Monitor daily cash flow and prepare short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts.
- Assist management in working capital planning and fund utilization.
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), bank reconciliations, and cash flow management.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.
- Process monthly payroll, reimbursements, bonuses, deductions, and Full & Final settlements.
- Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, PF, ESI,



Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with Chartered Accountants, auditors, banks, and statutory authorities.
- Manage online banking, vendor payments, customer collections, and financial documentation.
- Provide confidential financial and administrative support to the Managing Director and senior leadership as required.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and recommend process improvements.
- Maintain statutory registers and financial records.
- Coordinate statutory, tax, and internal audits.
- Ensure timely filing of all statutory returns
- Coordinate with partner companies, directors, and senior stakeholders on financial planning, budgeting, investments, and business-related financial matters.
