Role & responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SAP projects, including implementation, migration, rollout, and enhancement programs.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with business stakeholders.
- Manage project plans, schedules, budgets, resources, and risk registers.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including SAP Functional, Technical, Basis, Security, and Business teams..
- Ensure adherence to project governance, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
- Facilitate requirement gathering, solution design, testing, training, and deployment activities.
- Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
- Drive stakeholder communication and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support post-go-live stabilization and transition to support teams.
