Receive materials from vendors and verify quantity, quality, batch details, manufacturing date, and expiry date.
Maintain Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) and daily receipt book entries.
Arrange and organize materials in designated storage locations.
Maintain stores receipt and issue registers.
Issue materials to departments as per approved requirements.
Coordinate with the Accounts team for invoice processing and documentation.
Monitor stock levels and reorder levels (ROL) to ensure uninterrupted operations.
Maintain accurate inventory records and reports.
Ensure compliance with hospital inventory and material management procedures.
Requirements:
Graduation in any discipline (B.Com preferred).
1 4 years of experience in Stores,
Inventory, Warehouse, Materials, or GRN operations.
Good knowledge of inventory management and stock handling.
Basic computer skills and MS Excel knowledge.
Robust communication and coordination skills.
