Role Overview

We are looking for a qualified Finance Controller (CA) with 2–3 years of post-qualification experience to join our Finance & Compliance team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in accounting, taxation, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance, while being comfortable working with global clients and cross-border business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.

Lead and manage a team of 3–4 Junior Accountants, providing guidance, reviewing work, and ensuring timely completion of accounting and compliance activities.

Handle bookkeeping, financial reporting,



and month-end/year-end closing.

Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance for Indian entities.

Support UAE Corporate Tax, VAT compliance, and international accounting engagements.

Prepare MIS reports, financial analysis, and management dashboards.

Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.

Ensure timely statutory filings and compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

Assist clients with accounting, tax planning, and compliance-related advisory.

Review accounting records maintained in ERP/accounting software.

Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and internal controls.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).

2–3 years of post-qualification experience in Accounting, Taxation, or Audit.

Robust knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards, GST, TDS, and Income Tax.

Working knowledge of IFRS/UAE Corporate
