Core Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects
- Strong understanding of editing principles: pacing, continuity, rhythm, and storytelling
- Ability to work across different formats — social media, ads, corporate films, reels, projection visuals, and long-form content
Creative & Technical Abilities
- Eye for aesthetics, sound design, and timing
- Knowledge of codecs, aspect ratios, resolutions, and export workflows
- Basic audio cleanup and mixing skills
- Ability to seamlessly integrate graphics, text, stock footage, and animations
Professional Skills
- Organized project management — clear timelines, naming conventions, backups
- Comfortable with feedback loops and quick revisions
- Strong balance of creativity and meeting deadlines
Bonus Points
- Knowledge of Unreal Engine / Maya / Blender for 3D pipeline integration
- Familiarity with social media content trends (reels, shorts, TikTok)
- Storyboarding or pre-visualization experience
