Job Title: Nurse Immigration & Licensing Documentation Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a meticulous and organized Nurse Immigration & Licensing Documentation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end documentation lifecycle for international nurses undergoing licensure verification and visa processing. You will work closely with candidates, licensing boards, and immigration authorities to ensure candidate files are accurate, compliant and submitted on schedule.

Key Responsibilities
- Credential & Licensing Verification: Review and verify candidate credentials, including nursing degrees, transcripts, local licenses and test scores (e.g., NCLEX, CGFNS, IELTS, OET).
- Licensing Board Submissions: Prepare and submit documentation packages to regulatory bodies and state nursing boards for evaluation, license endorsement and eligibility approvals.
- Immigration Document Support: Organize and audit required candidate documents for visa petitions, embassy appointments, work permits and VisaScreen certifications.
- Authentication & Compliance:



Coordinate background checks, document notarization, apostilles and official verifications from foreign registries and universities.
- Candidate Guidance: Communicate clearly with nurse candidates to guide them through documentation checklists, timelines and country-specific regulatory requirements.
- File Management & Tracking: Maintain secure, audit-ready digital candidate files and track milestones using internal database tools.

Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in healthcare documentation, nurse credentialing, medical licensing, or international immigration document processing.
- Domain Knowledge: Understanding of healthcare licensing processes, credentialing agencies (e.g., CGFNS, State Boards of Nursing), and international nursing qualifications.
