Requirements:
Education: B.Tech /MBA

Experience: 05 - 08 years

Job Description
- Assess the training needs for FTTH teams across specified geography
- Develop conventional and non-conventional programs and methodologies

for training
- Conduct learning intervention as per business requirements
- Mentor field resources in alignment with business needs
- Manage teams of master trainers for effective training delivery
- Monitor and manage training effectiveness of learning interventions
- Use data analytics to improve efficacy of learning interventions
- Create new interventions as per business requirements
- Conduct behavioral workshops for field force
- Develop and deliver training workshops on coaching.
