What you'll do:
- Follow up with insurers to ensure smooth processing of requests and timely updates
- Manage end-to-end closure of endorsements, including documentation, coordination, and confirmation
- Connect with client HR teams for information, approvals, or clarifications when required
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintain and regularly update the client database and related records
What you'll bring:
- 0-2 years of experience
- Excellent in verbal and written communication
- Adaptability, cooperative spirit and goal-oriented approach.
- MS Excel Skills
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
