Job Description – Sales Executive (B2B)

Job Summary

The Sales Executive is responsible for driving B2B sales by building and maintaining relationships with jewellery retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and corporate clients. The role focuses on generating new business, managing existing accounts, achieving sales targets, and ensuring excellent customer service while representing the company's gold and diamond products.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new B2B customers, including jewellery retailers and wholesalers.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Visit customers regularly to understand their business needs and promote recent jewellery collections.
- Present and explain product features, pricing, and offers to customers.
- Generate sales orders and ensure timely order processing.
- Coordinate with production, inventory, dispatch, and accounts teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.




- Follow up on customer orders, deliveries, and after-sales support.
- Collect market intelligence, including competitor activities, pricing, and customer preferences.
- Participate in jewellery exhibitions, trade fairs, and customer events.
- Maintain accurate sales records, customer databases, and daily sales reports.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through prompt service and issue resolution.

Required Skills

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
