Job Title: Junior IT Recruiter

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Junior IT Recruiter with 6 months to 2 years of experience in IT hiring. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of technical recruitment, strong sourcing skills, and the ability to identify and engage quality IT talent across various technologies.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT positions across multiple technologies.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain regular candidate follow-ups and ensure a smooth hiring experience.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of technical talent.
- Update recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and candidate databases.
- Meet hiring targets while ensuring quality and timely closures.

Required Qualifications




- B.Tech (Mandatory).
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in IT Recruitment.
- Good understanding of the IT recruitment lifecycle.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Naukri, and other sourcing platforms.
- Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills
- Exposure to hiring for technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, React, Angular, QA, DevOps, Cloud, SAP, or Full Stack.
- Knowledge of Boolean search and sourcing techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month
