Data Analyst (Intern)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Data & Automation Analyst to design, develop, and maintain business intelligence dashboards, automated workflows, and RPA solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Power BI, Power Automate, SQL, and basic Azure services, along with exposure to RPA automation tools. This role is critical in enabling data-driven decision-making and improving operational efficiency through automation.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Designing, developing, and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to support business decision-making.
- Writing productive SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources.
- Building and managing automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline and optimize business processes.
- Developing and maintaining Excel-based automation using VBA to streamline repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency.




- Implementing and supporting RPA automation solutions to eliminate manual tasks and improve operational efficiency.
- Working with basic Azure services for data integration, storage, and connectivity across systems.
- Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver scalable data and automation solutions.
- Ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reports, workflows, and automation processes.
- Monitoring, troubleshooting, and enhancing existing dashboards, automated flows, and RPA bots.
- Documenting technical designs, processes, and automation logic for future reference and governance.
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes through analytics and automation.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Hands-on exposure to Power BI for data visualization and dashboard development.
- Working knowledge of SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and reporting.
- Basic experience with VBA for automation and handling Excel-based tasks.
