• Execute section-wise erection and installation activities

• Ensure adherence to drawings, procedures, and sequence

2.Manpower & Contractor Control

• Deploy manpower efficiently

• Monitor productivity and output

• Supervise contractors working in the section

3.Planning & Coordination

• Coordinate with Planning for daily & weekly targets

• Coordinate with Stores for material availability

• Interface with QA/QC and Safety teams

4.Reporting

• Daily progress reporting

• Identify constraints and raise requirements proactively

5.Skill Requirements

• Robust section-specific technical knowledge

• Leadership and supervision skills
