We are seeking a energetic, results-oriented, and experienced
Country Head / Director – Charter Sales
to lead and grow our Private Aviation Charter business. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing the charter sales strategy, driving revenue growth, expanding our client base, and building long-term relationships with HNWIs, UHNWIs, corporates, travel partners, and aircraft operators across India and the surrounding region.

The ideal candidate must possess a strong network within the business aviation industry and a proven track record in private jet charter sales.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the overall Charter Sales business for India and the surrounding region.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Generate new business opportunities through direct sales, networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
- Build and maintain relationships with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs), Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individuals (UHNWIs), corporate clients, family offices, travel management companies, brokers,



and aircraft operators.
- Manage end-to-end charter sales, including client acquisition, quotation, negotiation, contract closure, and post-flight relationship management.
- Identify opportunities for empty-leg sales, aircraft utilization, and strategic charter partnerships.
- Coordinate closely with Operations, Flight Dispatch, Ground Handling, and Finance teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new growth opportunities.
- Represent the company at aviation conferences, networking events, and industry exhibitions.
- Recruit, mentor, and lead the Charter Sales team while establishing performance targets and KPIs.
- Prepare sales forecasts, revenue reports, and business development plans for senior management.
