We're looking for a Graphic Designer who can transform ideas into visually compelling designs across digital, print, and social platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Design high-quality creatives for social media, branding, marketing campaigns, and digital platforms.
- Create visual identities for brands, founders, podcasts, and campaigns.
- Design presentations, pitch decks, brochures, and company profiles.
- Develop thumbnails, YouTube banners, podcast artwork, and promotional creatives.
- Design advertisements for digital and print media.
- Create logos, brand guidelines, and marketing collateral.
- Collaborate with strategists, content creators, and the production team to deliver cohesive visual communication.
- Ensure consistency across all client and Upcraft brand assets.
- Stay updated with design trends, AI design tools,



and emerging creative techniques.

Requirements
- 1 to 3+ years of experience in Graphic Design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and branding.
- Experience designing for social media, digital marketing, and print.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Robust attention to detail and a creative mindset.
- Motion graphics or video design experience is an added advantage.
