Role Description
The International Technical Support role is a full-time, in office position based in Gurugram. The role involves providing technical and customer support to international clients through calls, emails, and other communication channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues, guiding customers through solutions, and escalating complex problems when needed. The role focuses on ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving queries promptly, documenting cases accurately,



and following established support procedures. Collaboration with internal teams to improve support processes and share insights on recurring issues is also a key part of the role.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills to manage interactions and maintain positive client relationships.
- Candidates should possess good Analytical Skills to interpret problems, identify root causes, and recommend effective solutions.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English for international client interaction.
