Job description
- Supervise the mobilization, operation, and demobilization of all subcontracted specialist equipment in office, including but not limited to heavy lifting cranes, specialized scaffolding, and custom machinery.
- Ensure all subcontractor teams and equipment comply with the company's and local regulatory safety standards. Conduct regular safety inspections and toolbox talks.
- Work closely with the project schedule to coordinate equipment delivery and usage, minimizing downtime and avoiding delays.
- Verify that all equipment is well-maintained, certified, and operated by qualified personnel as per project specifications.
- Prepare and submit daily and weekly reports on equipment status, usage, and any issues or incidents to the Specialist Equipment Manager.
- Act as the primary on-site point of contact for subcontractors,



resolving operational issues and logistical challenges promptly to maintain project flow.
- Assist in specialist equipment handling over to client including documentation, training, manual, warranty etc.
- Technical Knowledge: Possess general knowledge of general MEPF system such as HVAC, compressed air, heavy electrical, low-voltage control systems, water supply and drainage, fire protection systems, etc. Beyond general MEP systems, must have as much as possible knowledge and experience working with some of the following SPECIALIZED EQUIPMENT in hangars such as hangar doors, overhead cranes, tele platforms, docking systems, pit systems, 400Hz power supply...etc. Preference with someone Understanding Aircraft Hangar Specifics requirement
