About the Role

Grandview Consulting LLP is seeking an experienced and result-oriented Real Estate Executive to join our Commercial Real Estate team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in commercial property sales, leasing, and investment advisory, with hands-on experience in assured rental properties.

The role involves identifying business opportunities, advising investors, managing client relationships, conducting property presentations, and driving sales closures in commercial real estate projects.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Generate and convert qualified leads for commercial real estate projects.
- Identify prospective investors and corporate clients through networking, referrals, and market outreach.
- Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits.
- Understand client investment objectives and recommend suitable commercial and assured rental opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Commercial Real Estate Advisory
- Advise clients on office spaces, retail shops, SCOs, mixed-use developments,



and other commercial investment opportunities.
- Present investment plans, rental yield projections, appreciation potential, and ROI analysis.
- Provide market insights and guide clients throughout the buying process.

Assured Rental Properties
- Promote and sell assured rental commercial projects.
- Explain lease structures, rental agreements, lock-in periods, returns, and developer commitments.
- Assist clients in evaluating long-term investment opportunities.

Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with investors, developers, and channel partners.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and high-quality customer service.
- Maintain accurate client records and sales pipeline in the CRM.
- Coordinate with legal, finance, and operations teams to facilitate smooth transactions.
