We are looking for a data-driven, entrepreneurial
Growth Marketer
to build our growth engine from scratch.

Position - Fulltime (Remote/WFH)

Salary - 6-7 LPA

Location - Anywhere in India (Bengaluru Preferred)

Role Overview - As our first marketing hire, you will own the entire marketing funnel—from initial digital attraction to lead capture. You are a "T-shaped" marketer: a strategic generalist who can write copy, launch paid ads, set up a CRM, and look at data to see what worked. You will work closely with the
Founders
and our
Sales Team
to build an automated engine that consistently generates qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Funnels
: Design, build, and optimize high-converting landing pages, forms, and lead magnets to feed our sales pipeline.
- Performance Marketing
: Run low-budget, high-impact ad experiments across digital channels (e.g., Google, Meta, LinkedIn) to validate messaging and acquire early users.
- Strategic Social Media
: Own our organic social channels, focusing strictly on high-leverage content distribution,



community engagement (Reddit, Slack, indie forums), and founder branding rather than purely aesthetic grid posting.
- CRM & Marketing Automation
: Set up and manage our CRM (HubSpot/Customer.io). Build automated email nurturing sequences to warm up leads before handing them off to the sales team.
- Data & Analytics
: Set up foundational tracking (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar) to measure channel performance, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and retention.

Requirements
- Startup Mindset
: 2+ years of marketing experience, ideally as an early hire at a startup or growth agency. You thrive in ambiguity and love building from 0 to 1.
- Technical Breadth
: Hands-on experience with modern marketing tech stacks (CRM, landing page builders, ad managers, email automation).
- Copywriting Skills
: Ability to write compelling, transparent copy for ads, landing pages, and email sequences.
