The BDO RISE Webcast Engagement Analytics Reporting Sr. Specialist is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on ON24 webcast performance across individual events and BDO s full webcast programs. This role will use ON24 dashboards and reporting tools to track registration and attendance trends, engagement scores, engagement minutes, UTM sources,



poll/QA/chat/survey activity, downloads, CTA conversions, on-demand views, and audience behavior over time. The role also develops post-event and cross-webcast reporting, identifies key moments and high-performing content, maintains attendee engagement profiles and lead-prioritization data, and supports CRM/MAP integrations to help marketing and sales teams measure pipeline influence, benchmark performance, and improve future webcast strategy.

Job Duties

General Responsibilities:
- Key responsibilities: build recurring and ad hoc ON24 reports, analyze event and account-wide trends, and summarize insights for stakeholders.
- Metrics owned: registrants vs. attendees, attendance timelines, engagement score, engagement minutes, interactivity, CTA conversions, on-demand views, and content performance.
- Lead reporting: identify Power Leads, maintain prospect engagement profiles, and surface buying-intent
