About the Role

We are looking for highly motivated, result-oriented, and dynamic Senior Business Development Executives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, acquiring clients, building long-term relationships, and driving B2B sales for our Packaging, Cosmetic Packaging, PET, HDPE, and Glass Packaging product portfolio through digital and direct business development activities across India.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through IndiaMART, TradeIndia, LinkedIn, company websites, and other digital platforms.
- Conduct outbound cold calls, emails, and follow-ups to acquire new clients and schedule business meetings.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline by identifying potential customers and qualifying leads.
- Build, nurture,



and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
- Prepare and deliver business presentations, proposals, quotations, and negotiate commercial terms.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to successful deal closure.
- Conduct client meetings through virtual platforms as well as in-person visits whenever required.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, networking events, and industry conferences to generate business opportunities and expand the customer network.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and timely fulfillment of customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, leads, and opportunities using CRM software.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
